Drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew has signed four new leases in New Jersey and another in New York’s Rockland County, adding to its fast-growing footprint across the Northeast.
That’s according to brokers with RIPCO Real Estate, which represents the operator in the region and has helped it secure prominent locations in high-traffic retail corridors. The new sites, which have received municipal approvals, include:
- 207 Route 17 South in Upper Saddle River
- 1005 Raritan Road in Clark
- Raritan Town Square at 132 Route 31 in Flemington
- Hampton Plaza at 21 Hampton House Road in Newton
- Samsondale Plaza at 45 South Route 9W in West Haverstraw (New York)
RIPCO’s Jordan Cohn and Jake Frantzman have worked closely with 7 Brew on site selection and location strategy as the company rapidly scales its footprint in high-growth suburban retail corridors, according to a news release. That expansion in New Jersey and neighboring markets comes as part of one of the restaurant industry’s most significant growth trajectories, the brokerage team said, noting that several of the new locations are on track to open this summer alongside a growing portfolio of stores nationwide.
“7 Brew’s momentum has positioned it as one of the most closely watched concepts in the quick-service sector, driven by strong consumer demand for convenient, experience-oriented beverage offerings,” said Frantzman, a vice president at RIPCO Real Estate. “These new locations represent another significant step in 7 Brew’s continued growth throughout the Northeast. The brand’s energetic customer experience and efficient drive-thru format have made it an exciting addition to high-traffic retail markets across the region.”
The landlord brokers in the deals include:
- Upper Saddle River: Charles Philibosian of Monarch Realty Corp.
- Clark: Chris Conway of Atlantic Coastal Real Estate
- Flemington: Michael Gartenberg of Garden Commercial
- Newton: Bill Farkas and Teddy Shamma of Catalyst Real Estate Partners
- West Haverstraw: Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty
Since 2022, 7 Brew has expanded from just 14 locations to more than 700 stores nationwide by 2026, with some 2,500 additional sites reportedly under development, RIPCO said. The company’s momentum has positioned it as one of the most closely watched concepts in the quick-service sector, driven by strong consumer demand for convenient, experience-oriented beverage offerings.
