The owner of a Hillsborough commercial property has secured a new tenant, filling more than 2,200 square feet in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty and Deluccia Commercial Group.
According to a news release, RIS Solutions LLC will occupy Suite 16 at 216 Route 206 in a location that provides warehousing and storage options plus office space. The new 2,242-square-foot lease also allows it to be less than four miles from the junction of Interstate 287, Route 202 and Route 28, while both Princeton and Morristown are just 30 minutes away.
Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick represented the property’s owner. Deluccia Commercial Group’s Kayla Deluccia represented the tenant.
“Hillsborough consistently attracts businesses seeking a strategic, central New Jersey location offering convenient access to major roadways and an outstanding workforce,” said Glick, who has worked with the landlord since 2004. “This lease reflects the ongoing demand for well-located office space that can support long-term business growth.”
