A leading voice in New Jersey commercial real estate has lent his support to the Patriots’ Path Council, the Scouting America organization serving five northern and central counties.
David Greek, managing partner of Greek Real Estate Partners, served as an honoree last month at the council’s 35th annual Labor, Construction & Real Estate Awards Dinner. The program highlighted his role in advancing industrial development, infrastructure advocacy and economic growth across New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector, as well as his sustained commitment to the kind of community investment the Patriots’ Path Council represents — with proceeds supporting the organization’s mission to develop future leaders through Scouting programs.
The event took place on June 11 at the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott.
“The greatest businesses that I’ve seen are not built on clever strategies alone; they’re built on trust, and trust is built one decision at a time,” Greek said, according to remarks provided by the Patriots’ Path Council. “Scout Law reminds us that character is not a slogan or a brand; it is a daily choice. At a time when young men are searching for purpose, identity and belonging, Scouting offers a clear understanding that meaning is built through what you do, not who you are. The value is simple; the impact is profound.”

According to a news release, the annual awards dinner convenes leaders from the labor, construction and commercial real estate industries to recognize individuals and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, community engagement and long-term contributions to economic growth across the region. As GREP’s managing partner, Greek directs the firm’s strategic vision and oversees acquisitions, development initiatives and new business opportunities, remaining actively involved in site selection, valuation modeling, financing, transaction negotiations and deal execution.
That has helped the East Brunswick-based firm continue to expand its footprint across the Northeast through strategic industrial and logistics development, adaptive reuse projects and institutional-quality portfolio management, the news release said, all the while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability, operational excellence and community impact. Beyond his role at GREP, Greek is actively engaged in industry and civic organizations such as CREDA New Jersey, the Developers Political Action Committee of New Jersey and Circulate NJ, where he serves as chair and continues to shape conversations around infrastructure, economic development and the future of industrial real estate in New Jersey.
