The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association has welcomed its new leadership team, with Bree Manchanda taking the helm as the group prepares to mark its centennial.
The organization installed its 2026-2027 executive board recently during its 57th Annual Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Outing at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown. Manchanda, who leads Edison-based Commercial Realty Partners, will serve as president alongside:
- Vice President: Jim McGuckin, Marcus & Millichap
- Secretary: Josh Glussky, Sheldon Gross Realty
- Treasurer: Giovanni Ramaci, NAI James E. Hanson.
“It is an honor to serve as President as IOREBA prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary,” Manchanda said. “For nearly a century, our organization has connected commercial real estate professionals through education, networking and industry leadership. I look forward to working with our Executive Board to build on that tradition while creating new opportunities for our members throughout the coming year.”
One of the organization’s signature networking events, the June 15 outing brought together industry professionals from across the region for a day of golf, tennis and camaraderie, IOREBA said. Following the day’s sporting events, members and guests enjoyed a reception, dinner, an awards presentation, raffle prizes and the installation of the new executive board.

The organization also recognized Jeff Furey for his outstanding dedication to the annual outing. Through years of leadership, planning and volunteer service, IOREBA said, the veteran broker helped establish the event as one of the premier networking gatherings in New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry.
The association is now preparing to host a 100th anniversary gala on Oct. 15, 2026, according to a news release. While the association formally organized in 1927, its founding members began meeting during the second half of 1926, marking the beginning of a century of service to the commercial real estate industry.
Today, IOREBA is the oldest industrial and office real estate brokers association in the United States and one of the nation’s largest regional commercial real estate organizations, representing more than 200 commercial real estate professionals.
