Real estate services firm Avison Young has hired a new associate in its Morristown office.
In a news release, the firm said recently that Paul Errigo joins its brokerage department with a focus on landlord and tenant leasing representation in the office sector. He joins Avison Young from Brandywine Realty Trust, where he assisted in marketing and communications and departments that included leasing, property management, construction and marketing.
The firm also said Errigo will be part of Avison Young’s Young Guns program, a global mentoring platform that creates a collaborative environment for select professionals to share best practices and foster their growth at the firm. He was chosen by management to be part of the program due to his natural leadership skills.
“We are pleased to welcome Paul to the Avison Young New Jersey team and excited to support his future professional growth through our company’s outstanding Young Guns mentoring program,” said Jeffrey L. Heller, Avison Young principal and managing director of New Jersey. “As our offices continue to grow, we’re seeking professionals that share our commitment to outstanding client service and industry leadership.
“Paul has unlimited professional potential and we’re confident that he will make strong contributions that will further build our client relationships and enhance our reputation as a driving force in the New Jersey real estate market.”
Errigo graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a degree in marketing and was a member of the Marketing Association, Finance Society, Entrepreneurship Club & Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, the news release said. He was also part of the Cooperative Education program at the school, which provides students two full-time, paid working opportunities in order to create one full year of job experience while they are still in college.
