Consulting and accounting firm CLM Advisors has expanded its footprint with the opening of a new 50,000-square-foot office in Gloucester County.
In a news release, the practice said it’s leasing the space at 591 Mantua Blvd. in Sewell from Vert Properties Inc. The move will support its continued growth, providing its consultants and staff with a modern, efficient workspace that will support internal and client collaboration.
“Everyone at CLM is very excited and proud to have relocated to Sewell,” said Charles Muracco, CEO of CLM Advisors. “The move marks a critical phase in our business expansion strategies while significantly increasing operational efficiencies. We are now ideally positioned to maximize productivity, hire additional talent, as well as continue to exceed clients’ expectations. We look forward to welcoming visitors and clients to our offices.”
CLM noted that, in addition to private offices, the space allows staff and clients to work more collaboratively across remote teams, pointing to its modern video conference room.
“We are delighted to welcome CLM Advisors to Sewell,” said Frank Lauletta, president of Vert Properties. “Attracting companies of CLM Advisors’ caliber and reputation exemplifies our ongoing commitment to provide tenants with an environment that furthers their ability to serve clients, while attracting top quality employees.”
Joseph Penzone, president of Glassboro-based Penzone Realty, represented CLM Advisors in the transaction.
“CLM’s expanding business required larger space, which was easily accessible, presented the ‘right image’ and customizable to satisfy employees as well as clients’ needs,” Penzone said. “We are pleased to have helped CLM find the optimal environment for their growing business.”
