Accurate has unveiled another piece of its fast-growing luxury apartment portfolio with the launch of leasing at a new 185-unit property in Little Falls.
The developer said the project, located at 405 Main St., is a collection of one- and two-bedroom homes with monthly rental rates starting from $2,640. It’s the latest to open under the firm’s Citizen brand of upscale multifamily properties, as it looks to attract renters with a downtown location and quick access to the township’s train station.
The builder, which is offering grand opening incentives, said immediate occupancy is available.

With architecture by Lessard Design and interiors by HH Designers, Citizen Little Falls has amenities such as landscaped outdoor courtyards and green spaces, a modern fitness center, a business center and an expansive lobby lounge with seating areas, among others. Residents, meantime, are less than two miles from the Willowbrook Mall and ShopRite of Little Falls, while Route 46 runs along the borough’s northern border, providing easy access to several other major highways.
The project is also part of an ongoing effort by township officials to energize the downtown core through new housing stock, new businesses and promoting bus and rail ridership, Accurate said. Residents can walk to several restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops, studios, service businesses and local parks.
