Adoni Property Group has sold a new 39-unit luxury apartment building in Woodbridge for $14.3 million, in a deal arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the brokerage team, FM Ferrari Investments purchased the property at 355 Edgerton Blvd. in the township’s Avenel section. The listing agents noted that the three-story development, a collection of two-bedroom homes known as Boulevard East Apartments, is fully leased.
Cushman’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“The Boulevard East Apartments presented an exceptional investment opportunity, combining premium unit finishes, strong leasing performance and a prime location in the thriving greater Woodbridge market,” Sobel said. “This sale underscores the continued demand for high-quality multifamily assets in well-connected New Jersey submarkets.”
In announcing the deal, C&W noted that the property is less than a 10-minute drive from the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. It’s also equidistant from New York City and the Jersey Shore.
