An arts and crafts supplier has leased 5,200 square feet of industrial space in Tinton Falls, under a newly announced transaction by Sheldon Gross Realty.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said Ranger Industries will occupy a single-story space at 968 Shrewsbury Ave., part of the Tinton Falls Business Park off Route 35. Its new location has 16-foot ceiling heights and drive-in access.
“Geographically speaking, Tinton Falls is an ideal location for wholesale product distribution,” said Marcy Gross, president of Sheldon Gross Realty. “There’s quick, direct access both to the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike, plus every other key roadway in Monmouth County. Newark Liberty Airport is only a 40-minute drive, New York City is about 45 minutes away and it’s less than 90 minutes to Philadelphia.”
Sheldon Gross announced the deal Thursday, noting that Ranger Industries produces supplies for jewelry artists, card makers and home décor crafters. The company also provides education to crafters and retail store owners, with emphasis on techniques and project ideas.
