Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has negotiated a lease renewal for 5,466 square feet of medical office space with the Spine and Joint Center at Heights Plaza at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights.
A Heights Plaza tenant since 2010, the practice uses the latest nonsurgical techniques to treat patients with spine and joint disorders, according to a news release. Led by Dr. Damon Noto, the Spine and Joint Center offers patients services ranging from regenerative therapy to injection-based therapy, acupuncture and other aesthetic services.
“This renewal highlights the strong demand for modern and accessible medical office space throughout New Jersey’s health care market,” said Steve Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Throughout 2021, Heights Plaza has experienced exceptional tenant retention and we are confident it will remain an ideal location for Dr. Noto’s practice and a convenient location for his patients.”
Located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Route 17, Heights Plaza is a six-story, 200,000-square-foot class A office building with access to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46, as well as the New York City metro area via the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel. With covered parking, an on-site full-service cafeteria with indoor seating and 24/7 card access, Heights Plaza offers modern amenities with an on-site building technician and day porter.
“Since moving to Heights Plaza over 10 years ago, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises have shown a tireless commitment to making sure our medical office has everything it needs for my practice to be successful,” said Noto, president of Spine and Joint Center. “That commitment paired with the building’s excellent location made this lease renewal a very easy decision to make.”
