A fraternal organization is seeking a buyer for its 22,000-square-foot headquarters building in Bordentown, in a newly announced offering by NAI Fennelly.
The multipurpose property, located at 103 Dunns Mill Road, has served as the home of the New Jersey chapter of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite since its completion in 2010. But the group is now planning the leave the building, prompting it to tap NAI Fennelly to secure a buyer interested in occupying the existing building or redeveloping the site.
The brokerage firm noted that the building sits near the intersection of Interstate 295 and Route 130, providing quick access to Route 206 and Interstate 95. The property has modern HVAC systems, 110 parking spots, a 2,500-square-foot commercial kitchen and integrated audio-visual technology, making it well-suited for a host of commercial uses.
In addition, the current GC-1 zoning adds significant redevelopment potential with approved uses including wholesale distribution, warehousing, retail sales, professional office, childcare and restaurants.
