A woodwork and furniture business has acquired a 32,120-square-foot industrial building in Branchburg, under a $3.15 million sale arranged by Atlantic Real Estate Services.
The Bridgewater-based brokerage firm represented the buyer, Prestige Millwork LLC, in its purchase of 130 Industrial Parkway, according to a news release. Aromatic Technologies Inc. sold the property, which is south of Route 22 in the Somerset County township.
Atlantic’s John “Andrew” Warren, a salesmen with the firm, brokered the transaction.
“Andrew did an excellent job helping Prestige Millwork search the market and close this transaction,” said Ed Dudzinski, Atlantic’s president. “Andrew is a tireless worker and uses his knowledge of the market and transaction process extremely well to help his clients and customers meet their real estate needs as efficiently and effectively as possible.”
The firm noted that 130 Industrial Parkway, which sits on about 3.5 acres, has 20- to 22-foot ceiling heights and about 10,000 square feet of office space.
