Atlantic Real Estate Services has completed three recent industrial leases in Middlesex County for more than 400,000 square feet, the brokerage firm announced this week.
Brian Dudzinski, a vice president with the firm, represented the tenants in the deals, which include:
- R&J Warehouse Inc., a footwear company, leasing 103,347 square feet at 140 Circle Drive North in Piscataway
- PSS Distribution Services extending its 207,000-square-foot lease at 7 Nicholas Court in South Brunswick
- Friedrich Air Conditioning LLC, a manufacturing company based in San Antonio, leasing 113,255 square feet at 285 Ridge Road in South Brunswick
