Avison Young has announced a promotion within its New Jersey brokerage team.

Paul Errigo, who is based in the firm’s Morristown office, is now a senior associate after playing a key role in the recent growth of its sales and leasing team. He joined the company in 2017 as an associate and has largely worked on the occupier solutions team of Tom Giannone, Ron Ganter and Ed English, providing support for business development, transaction management and market research.
In recent years, Avison Young said, the group has completed more than 260 transactions in more than 60 markets with a value exceeding $560 million.
“We are thrilled to announce Paul’s well-deserved promotion to senior associate,” said Jeffrey Heller, the firm’s managing director in New Jersey. “From the beginning, Paul has shared our commitment to outstanding client service and industry leadership. His rapid advancement demonstrates our commitment towards building and retaining the best brokerage team in the New Jersey region, and on behalf of the entire Avison Young office, we wish him continued success.”
In a news release, the firm noted that Errigo has been successful in cross-selling and promoting collaboration of Avison Young’s many service lines. He has also been featured as a panelist for the company’s annual meeting to discuss successful collaborations between project management and transaction management, while he was integral in assisting Avison Young’s research team in building a proprietary internal property database platform.
Errigo was previously part of the firm’s Emerging Leaders affinity group as the ambassador to the New Jersey office, the news release said, helping fellow young professionals to trade best practices and support one another in their growth and development at the firm. He holds a marketing degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where he was a member of the Marketing Association, Finance Society, Entrepreneurship Club and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
He has also done volunteer work with Relay for Life and the Save the Storks Foundation, the firm said.
