A technology firm has renewed the lease at its headquarters office in Bridgewater, one of more than 20 deals brokered in the third quarter by Avison Young’s New Jersey office.
In a news release detailing its recent transactions, Avison Young said the tenant, Synchronoss Technologies Inc., leased 118,691 square feet at 200 Crossing Blvd. A separate news release from the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, said the transaction included a 12-year renewal and expansion.
The deal was among nearly 380,000 square feet in Q3 transaction volume recorded by brokers with Avison Young, which has operations in Morristown. The brokerage announced three other deals on Wednesday:
Wedgewood Village Pharmacy (78,712 square feet) at 405 Heron Drive in Swedesboro
PBF Holding Co. (57,721 square feet) at 1 Sylvan Way in Parsippany
CR Bard Inc. (21,144 square feet) at 41 Spring Street in New Providence

The firm, which is headquartered in Toronto, has staffed its Morristown office with professionals in brokerage, asset services, property management, project management, construction management, capital markets and other disciplines, the news release said. Its New Jersey team has rapidly grown to more than 100 professionals in just four years.
