A national health care distributor is moving operations to Edison as part of a newly announced, 208,391-square-foot lease arranged by Avison Young.
Brokers with the firm represented the tenant, Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC, in the 10-year lease at 60 Distribution Blvd. Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s New Jersey offices, said the user is relocating from a prior facility in Secaucus.
The Avison Young team of senior vice presidents Timothy J. Cadigan and Matthew C. Turse, along with Associate John Recchia and Pinnacle C.R.E.A.S. represented the tenant. Heller Industrial Parks is the landlord.
“This deal reflects the fact that demand for large functional warehouse space is still continuing to rise with limited supply,” Cadigan said.
Concordance, a national, multimarket company, will use the facility as a new warehouse and distribution center for medical supplies and health care equipment.
