A new fitness user is coming to Livingston Town Center after taking more than 1,500 square feet at the two-story shopping center, according to a leasing team with Azarian Realty Co.
The tenant, a Stretch Zone franchisee, will bring the practitioner-assisted stretching gym concept to a first-floor space at the 65,523-square-foot property. The 1,546-square-foot studio will be the company’s seventh location in New Jersey, joining a host of tenants at the junction of Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. and Vinny Chawla of Joseph Ridolfi & Associates LLC represented the landlord and tenant, respectively. In announcing the deal, Azarian noted that Stretch Zone aims to increase flexibility and range of motion over time, adding that clients often rely on the concept to address muscle tension, enhance athletic performance and help with recovery from injuries.
Other tenants at Livingston Town Center, where Azarian serves as leasing and management agent, include Wonder, 16 Handles, Wells Fargo, Shiseido and HOTWORX.
