A new Bagel Nook has arrived in Aberdeen after recently leasing nearly 2,000 square feet along a key corridor, in a deal arranged by Florham Realty Group Inc.
The brokerage firm represented the landlord at 1071 Route 34, the site of what’s known as Aberdeen Townsquare, where the specialty bagel business opened its doors last month. It’s among the latest locations for a concept that has also appeared in Freehold, Princeton and Middletown, as well as Las Vegas.
“Its soft opening was nothing short of sensational during the weekend of July 27 at Aberdeen Townsquare … where it now features its famous ‘bagel overloads’ in nearly 2,000 square feet, formerly occupied by a national (quick-service restaurant),” Florham Realty wrote in a recent announcement. The firm added that it welcomed Bagel Nook “as an enhancement to its well-established Monmouth County retail site.”
