A community bank has expanded it footprint at its home base in Hamilton, under an 11,000-square-foot lease brokered by Mercer Oak Realty.
The brokerage firm announced that First Bank has signed a long-term, 11,000-square-foot lease at 1395 Yardville Hamilton Square Road. The company will use the space to house additional executive and administrative staff in a location that is adjacent to its current corporate headquarters building.
The bank is expected to take occupancy by early this summer, Mercer Oak said.
“Attracting a regional tenant and community leader like First Bank is evidence of the exceptional location and quality of the newly renovated office space available at 1395 Yardville Hamilton Square Road,” Eric Rosenblum and Paul Celler, the co-owners of the property, said in a joint statement. “We look forward to our continued success as a premier destination for high quality office space in Mercer County.”
Aubrey Haines, CEO of Mercer Oak Realty, touted the building’s location just off Interstate 195 and five minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, along with nearby amenities. The firm is marketing an additional 14,500 square feet at the building.
“This property has a great deal of attributes to offer to its tenants,” Haines said, later adding: “We are very excited to be working with this owner and we look forward to adding to their prestigious tenant roster.”
The 40,000-square-foot building is also home to Spiezle Architectural Group, which moved its headquarters to the property last year. The building’s lobby, restrooms and common areas were recently renovated and upgraded.
