An affiliate of The Becker Organization has sold a 7-Eleven-anchored retail property in Mount Laurel for $4.9 million, in a deal arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the brokerage team, a buyer listed as 3163 Holdings LLC purchased the 30,327-square-foot complex at 3163 Marne Highway. C&W’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel and Andre Balthazard completed the deal on behalf of the seller, Mt. Laurel Center LLC, noting that the 4.37-acre property is a mile and a half from Interstate 295.
“The property is ideally located in a dynamic area with abundant retail offerings and significant corporate presence,” Schwartz said. “The center is anchored by 7-Eleven and benefits from a diversified rent roll from 12 tenants.”
