A behavioral health agency is expanding to Central Jersey, having leased more than 7,000 square feet at the well-known Princeton Forrestal Village campus.
According to Vantage Commercial, which represented the user, the space at the mixed-use property in Plainsboro will be Advantage Behavioral Health Services’ latest location in a recent stretch of rapid growth. The brokerage firm’s Emily Stein completed the 7,380-square-foot lease, which places the company in a highly trafficked setting off Route 1 alongside a host of other office and health care users, plus retail, dining and hospitality options.
“Advantage Behavioral Services is well positioned for success and growth at Princeton Forrestal Village,” said Stein, Vantage Commercial’s director of health care services. “The newly renovated, modern space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for those struggling with mental health and is a great addition to our local communities.”
Stein worked closely with Chris McGoldrick, co-owner and vice president of operations at Advantage Behavioral Health, to identify the location. She has brokered three leases on the company’s behalf in the last 12 months, noting that it’s planning continued expansion throughout the East Coast and Midwest regions.
