NAI Fennelly has negotiated the sale of a 6,400-square-foot auto repair building on Route 206 in Bordentown for $2.175 million.
Brokers Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly represented the seller, Jeff’s Tire and Auto, in the deal with American Tire & Auto Care. They noted that, since 2009, Jeff’s Tire and Auto has offered automotive repair services to customers from Bordentown and surrounding communities, but recently opted to exit the business and sell its facility at 3321 Route 206.
With 279 feet of frontage on the highway, 20-foot clear ceiling heights and five 10-foot by 18-foot bays with overhead doors, the 15-year-old building was suited to continue usage as an automotive repair facility. The buyer, which has seven locations across northern and central New Jersey, will use the site to expand into the Bordentown area.
“When it comes to unique properties like 3321 Route 206, our decades of experience and significant local market knowledge ensures we have the expertise needed to find buyers and help our clients meet their financial goals,” Jerry Fennelly said. “We were happy to help Jeff’s Tire and Auto find a buyer for their property while also helping yet another local business grow in the Bordentown area.”
