Inspired by Somerset Development has welcomed four new tenants to its flagship Bell Works campus in Holmdel, bringing the property’s retail space to full occupancy.
According to the firm, the latest additions to the 2 million-square-foot complex include StretchMed, a one-on-one assisted stretching service designed to improve mobility, reduce chronic pain and enhance flexibility. The business opened in January, as did the modern, nontoxic nail and beauty salon known as Lolly’s Nail Lounge.
Milan’s Children’s Gift Market, a curated children’s boutique specializing in high-end toys, gifts, apparel and accessories for babies through tweens, opened at the Crawfords Corner Road property in March, according to a news release. So did Allure Jewelry & Watches, a family-owned business committed to offering fine-quality jewelry and watches.
The businesses have helped Inspired by Somerset Development, which has spent more than a decade repurposing the former Bell Labs facility, achieve another milestone while curating a vast selection of retail, culinary and entertainment offerings.
“Achieving 100 percent retail occupancy reflects both the strength of this incredible model and the continued appeal of Bell Works Holmdel as a dynamic, all-day destination,” said Ralph Zucker, the firm’s CEO. “From the beginning, our vision was to create a place where work, life and community come together seamlessly — and the demand we’re seeing from retailers and tenants reinforces that people are looking for more than just space. They’re looking for an experience.”
