The landmark Bell Works campus in Holmdel is now 98 percent occupied after more than 20 new commitments and lease extensions by office tenants in recent months.
Its owner and manager, Inspired by Somerset Development, said the activity at the 2 million-square-foot complex includes a new 7,480-square-foot deal by FirstEnroll, a third-party administrator specializing in health insurance. Meantime, the Asbury Park Press and Gannett leased 5,963 square feet at the Crawfords Corner Road property, while staffing agency and recruiting firm Atrium extended its lease and expanded its space to 6,580 square feet.
