An employee benefits agency has leased 2,000 square feet for its new office in Cherry Hill, according to a broker with Vantage Commercial.
The firm, CHB Group, is relocating to space at the Marrone Law Building at 532 Route 70 West. Vantage Commercial’s Emily Stein worked closely in the deal with both ownership and Nick Tafaro of CHB, which specializes in employee benefits consulting for both small businesses and large corporations, noting that the location is easily accessible from routes 38 and 130, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
“CHB Group is well positioned for success and growth at 532 Route 70 West,” said Stein, Vantage Commercial’s director of health care services. “The beautifully designed office is easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and staff. This company provides valuable products and services to all their clients. It was a pleasure working with Nick to source this space.”
