Two tenants have combined to lease more than 100,000 square feet at a Bergenfield industrial building, in a set of renewals announced recently by Team Resources Inc.
The larger of the two, ABC Supply Co., renewed for 73,000 square feet at 120 Woodbine St., according to a news release. Team Resources Senior Executive Vice President Eric Lewin represented ownership, while John Donnelly of Colliers International represented the tenant.
Lewin also worked with Alan Frankel of Team Resources to renew MDR Electric’s 27,544-square-foot lease at the property. The Lyndhurst-based brokerage represented both the landlord and tenant in the sublease transaction.
Team Resources also announced a separate lease at 104 East 24th St. in Paterson, where Snackatere Inc. took 10,850 square feet. The firm’s Avi Weisberger represented parties.
“This property offered them a great location with minimal concerns about building maintenance and security as well as the opportunity to work with Jonathan Schwartz, landlord, whom they felt was professional and yet offered a friendly and personal touch,” Weisberger said. “These were crucial factors for this start-up company.”
