More than 6,000 square feet of office space along a key thoroughfare in Millburn has changed hands, in a newly announced deal by The Blau & Berg Co.
Brokers with the firm represented an undisclosed seller in the transaction at 288 Main St., noting that the two-story building with medical uses sits near the Bleeker Street intersection. The 0.52-acre property traded after a listing that drew several full-price offers.
Tamara Blau and Brad Jacobs, both senior directors with Blau & Berg, completed the assignment, while Randy Eigen of CBRE was the co-broker representing the buyer. Terms were not disclosed.
“The seller was happy to have the process go smoothly and efficiently,” Blau said. “We had interest right away, and multiple competitive offers, so clearly the price point was right which is important in a crowded office market.”
