The maker of Mike’s Amazing condiments and other products has signed a new 59,000-square-foot industrial lease in Saddle Brook, brokers with The Blau & Berg Co. announced.
According to a news release, Chefler Foods LLC will use the space at 74 Kenny Place to expand its logistics and manufacturing footprint. That will support what the leasing team described as a high-speed production process for the eight-year-old company’s signature brands, which include Mike’s Amazing, Dolce Vita, Super Chef and Dragon Chef.
Blau and Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano represented ownership.
“Collaboration at its finest!” said Crimmins, Blau & Berg’s president. “Proud to ink this deal on behalf of the landlord. Representing Chefler Foods LLC were two of the finest gentlemen, David Malawer and Stuart Harwood of Newmark, who helped push this deal over the goal line. By pooling together our diverse perspectives and expertise, we tackled complex challenges and created a great collaboration bringing a new chapter of success to the Saddle Brook facility.”
