A commercial real estate firm has renewed its lease in Englewood Cliffs, where it occupies nearly 3,100 square feet, in one of two newly announced deals by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to the brokerage team, Lerner Properties LLC is a multigenerational, family-owned firm and a longtime tenant at 720 East Palisade Ave. It leases 3,077 square feet at the 20,000-square-foot property, which is owned by Bedrock Realty Holdings LLC, providing its employees with quick access to highways and its nearby assets.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented ownership in the renewal and in a second deal, a new 1,650-square-foot lease with J Park Law Firm LLC. The firm also serves as property manager for the building, which sits at the corner of Sylvan and East Palisade avenues and is minutes from the Palisades Interstate Parkway and other thoroughfares.
