The owner of a nearly 13,000-square-foot truck terminal on 1.6 acres in Linden has tapped The Blau & Berg Co. as its leasing team for the property.
According to a news release, the 12,500-square-foot facility at 975 East Linden Ave. has 15-foot ceiling heights and roughly 30 docks. It’s also 6.5 miles south of Newark Liberty International Airport, while providing users with quick access to Route 1&9, the New Jersey Turnpike and Port Newark-Eizabeth.
Blau and Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano are leading the assignment.
“We anticipate strong interest in this 30-door terminal in a prime location where demand for logistics, ecommerce, outdoor storage and (less than truckload) remains strong,” said Crimmins, the firm’s president. “This industrial facility offers ease of access to key last-mile routes, and its proximity to the ports as well as Newark Liberty International Airport will serve prospective tenants well.”
