A development team is set to unveil a collection of 110 upscale apartments in Piscataway, touting a suburban setting with quick access to the region’s vast highway network.
The property, located at 67 Old New Brunswick Road, is the latest addition to the growing portfolios of both BNE Real Estate Group and Sterling Properties. The firms are preparing to open the complex known as The Grove at Piscataway with rents starting in the $1,900s, along with a full complement of indoor and outdoor amenities.
“We designed The Grove at Piscataway to create a truly exceptional living experience that embraces its suburban surroundings and meaningfully connects with the wants and needs of today’s renter,” said Jonathan Schwartz, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group. “Market demand for amenity-rich, maintenance-free living is growing in both urban and suburban markets throughout New Jersey. Our modern residences, indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities, and easily accessible location create a compelling combination that we believe will resonate with discerning renters.”
In a news release, the developers cited The Grove’s location near Interstate 287, Rutgers University and downtown New Brunswick. They also pointed to the vast retail offerings within Piscataway, one of the state’s largest municipalities, and recreational options such as Johnson Park and the Rutgers University Ecological Preserve.
Along with luxury apartments, BNE and Sterling are offering amenities such as a fitness center with virtual training technology, a co-working lounge, a children’s playroom and a clubroom. The Grove also features a pool with cabanas, an outdoor bar, grills and surrounding lounge areas.
