Three tenants are coming to the base of a new multifamily property in Haddon Township, in a series of deals arranged by Vantage Commercial.
According to the firm, the new businesses at 225 Haddon Ave. will include a coffee shop, a hot yoga studio and a bakery. They’ll serve the community and residents of the new Haddon Towne Center, the brokers said, noting that Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli and Partner and Vice President Ken Richardson represented both parties in the deals.
Additional details about the tenants were not immediately available.
In a separate deal, Ceroli and Vantage Commercial Adviser Andrew O’Brien represented both parties in two office deals in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township. The users will occupy an undisclosed amount of space at 602 Little Gloucester Road.
Ceroli and Managing Director Emily Stein also completed a transaction at 1115 Powell Road in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, where a mattress store will join the roster at what’s known as Powell Plaza. The brokers represented both parties.
