A maker of specialty firewood and other outdoor products has leased 3,400 square feet of space at a Hasbrouck Heights office building owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The landlord announced Monday that Essay Group, which makes natural products for entertainment, recreation and outdoor living, is relocating to Heights Plaza. Sitting at 777 Terrace Ave., the 200,000-square-foot Class A office building is owned and managed by the Hackensack-based developer and property owner.
Stephen C. Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, according to a news release. Joe Tormen of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
“We are pleased to have been able to meet the space requirements of Essay Group, and welcome this successful company to Heights Plaza’s growing tenant roster,” Jennings said in a prepared statement. “Tenants are attracted to Heights Plaza due to its proximity to both New York City and major thoroughfares. This accessibility, coupled with the quality of the space, makes Heights Plaza an excellent choice for firms seeking a professional office address in central Bergen County.”
Essay Group is relocating to Heights Plaza from Lyndhurst in order to accommodate its recent and anticipated growth, the news release said. With its new space, the company has a location that is at the intersection of interstates 80 and 17 and in close proximity to Route 46 and other highways.
The company offers high-quality products, both innovative and natural, for the fireplace and the patio, the news release said. Its products include the Light N’ Go Yule Log and the Light N’ Go Bonfire Log.
