A tattoo business has leased 2,400 square feet of office space in Somerset County, in one of two newly announced deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The brokerage firm, which is based in Green Brook, said Unrighteous Ink found the location on North Main Street in Manville after outgrowing its previous home. Boniakowski Senior Vice President Todd Gannet represented both parties in the deal.
In a separate transaction, Gannet represented the buyer and seller in the trade of a multifamily building on Harlingen Road in the Belle Mead section of Montgomery. The property changed hands for $600,000, he said, citing its location near Princeton University and Hillsborough.
Boniakowski added that the location and the current rent roll motivated the buyer to close on the value-add investment property.
