Two tenants have leased a combined 2,300 square feet of office space in Union Township, in a set of newly announced deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said the transactions at 1767 Morris Ave. include a 1,000-square-foot commitment by an undisclosed real estate company. The second tenant, an international organization for chaplains, took 1,300 square feet for a local office.
BCREG Senior Vice President Todd Gannet represented both parties in each deal.
In a separate transaction, Gannet brokered the sale of vacant land in Middlesex Borough. He noted that a repeat client needed additional space and wanted to build a warehouse in accordance with its own design needs.
