A growing fitness franchise is set to open its fourth location in New Jersey, following its recently signed, 3,600-square-foot lease at a Passaic County shopping center.
Brokerage firm Jeffery Realty said the operator, Burn Boot Camp, has inked the commitment at 1231 McBride Ave. in Woodland Park. The end cap space provides the chain with a location just off Route 46 in one of North Jersey’s busy retail corridors.
Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty represented the landlord, noting that the 7,877-square-foot center is now fully leased. Other nearby retailers include Petco, Golfsmith and TD Bank.
According to its website, Burn Boot Camp provides 45-minute, high-intensity workouts and other services such as free child care. The operator has more than 30 locations.
