Deluccia Commercial Group has brokered the sale of three contiguous, 5,000-square-foot industrial condominium units in Somerset County for $2.7 million.
In a news release, the real estate firm said the spaces are part of a complex at 161 Industrial Parkway in Branchburg. Each unit has tailboard loading, 20-foot ceiling clearance and 1,250 square feet of mezzanine office space, with a location just south of Route 22.
Tim Deluccia represented The ARC of Somerset County in the sale.
