Bussel Realty Corp. has bolstered its brokerage team with two new hires, the industrial real estate services firm said Tuesday.
The new hires, William Koggan and Thomas DiNorscio, have joined the Edison-based firm as sales associates.
“As our market share continues to grow in industrial brokerage services in New Jersey, we continue to add to our brokerage staff in order to meet the increasing requirements of our clients,” said Steve Bussel, president of BRC. “The sales and marketing experience of Bill and Tom will be beneficial in negotiating and closing deals as well as marketing our client’s properties.”
Koggan brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, having spent his career at firms such as JP Morgan and Ernst & Young, according to a news release. The Princeton resident will focus on the northern and central New Jersey industrial market, particularly submarkets in Union, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
With over 24 years of sales and marketing experience, DiNorscio formerly served as a sales associate with Keller Williams in Maplewood. Before that, the Mountainside resident worked for firms including KCG Holdings and NASDAQ.
DiNorscio will specialize in submarkets including Union, Essex and Hudson counties and around the northern New Jersey port district.
