Bussel Realty Corp. has added to one of its top brokerage teams with the hiring of a new sales associate.
The firm, which is based in Edison, announced that Dharminder Singh joins its ranks after previously serving as president of Pathway Trucking LLC in Kearny. He will work on the industrial brokerage team of Jordan Metz, a senior vice president, specializing in the Port Newark-Elizabeth submarkets.
“We are happy to have Dharminder as an addition to our brokerage team at BRC,” said Steve Bussel, BRC’s president. “He is learning the northern and central New Jersey industrial market and assisting our sales teams with clients and properties.”
At Pathway Trucking, Singh oversaw logistics, delivery services and negotiation of freight rates with vendors, according to a news release. He graduated from Rutgers Business School with a bachelor’s in marketing and management.
