An industrial tenant is relocating within Union County in order to accommodate its e-commerce business, following a 10,500-square-foot lease brokered by Bussel Realty Corp.
The industrial real estate brokerage said it represented both parties in the transaction at 970 New Brunswick Ave. in Rahway. The tenant, Wolf Runner, is relocating to the 275,000-square-foot building from Linden.
“Wolf Runner will utilize the space for the distribution and warehousing of goods related to its e-commerce business,” said BRC Vice President James Hodgkins, who handled the assignment on behalf of both Wolf Runner and the landlord, Rahway Industrial Sites.
The company’s new home is located near the New Jersey Turnpike, the Goethals Bridge and routes 1&9, 27 and 35. BRC said the property has 14-foot to 18-foot ceiling heights, 20 tailboards, two drive-in loading docks, wet sprinklers and 50 surface parking spaces.
