An elevator contractor has acquired a 40,000-square-foot industrial building in Linden, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm represented both parties in the sale of 330 Dalziel Road, a multitenant property near Route 27. G-Tech Elevator, which is relocating within the city, purchased the asset from Dalziel Park Associates as part of an expansion of its business.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz brokered the sale. Terms were not disclosed.
“Approximately half of the building is stabilized with a long-term tenant, and G-Tech Elevator will renovate the space that it will occupy,” Metz said. “The new site allows their growing elevator installation and service business to maintain its strategic Linden location and service their clientele, many of which are located in New York City and the outer boroughs.”
G-Tech is a family-owned and -operated elevator contractor servicing clients in New Jersey and New York City, BRC said in a news release. Its new location allows it continued access to Route 1 & 9, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Goethals Bridge and key arteries.
The property features 11,000 square feet of offices, tailboard loading, 14-foot ceilings heights, wet sprinklers, gas heat, ample power and free surface parking.
