An industrial user has taken more than 37,000 square feet in Rahway, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.
The Edison-based brokerage firm represented ownership at 313 Regina Ave. and the tenant, Fancy Food Logistics LLC, in the 37,260-square-foot lease. The company is the latest tenant at the 256,000-square-foot property, which sits near Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt and Vice President Jim Hodgkins represented the landlord, while BRC Vice President Suzanne Tharaldsen represented the user.
“We are pleased to have relocated Fancy Food Logistics, LLC to their new space,” Tharaldsen said. “This deal is another example of the high demand for port-area locations.”
Sitting on four acres, 313 Regina Ave. totals 256,000 square feet and has 28-foot ceilings, four tailboards, seven loading docks, heavy power and one drive-in door, BRC said.
