An industrial maintenance and supply business has acquired a nearly 3,100-square-foot commercial building in Edison, according to a brokerage team with Bussel Realty Corp.
The buyer, Fulton Rahway Associates, paid an undisclosed price for the property at 3141 Woodbridge Ave. BRC Vice President Anthony Mircovich represented the seller, 3141 Woodbridge Avenue Associates, touting the 3,060-square-foot building’s location just off the New Jersey Turnpike and features such as four drive-in bays, 15 parking spaces and quick access to Raritan Center and Heller Industrial Park.
CBRE’s Randy Eigen represented the buyer, which will use the space for its business.
