The owner of a nearly 70,000-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway has signed a lease for more than half of the property, in a transaction arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
The landlord, Sauma Warehousing LLC, is leasing 39,996 square feet at 226 Old New Brunswick Road to Swag Up LLC, Bussel announced Tuesday. In detailing the commitment, the brokerage firm touted the building’s easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 440, along with features such as 22- to 36-foot ceiling heights, eight tailboards and one drive-in door for loading.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz represented the tenant, while JLL represented ownership at the 69,576-square-foot building.
