A food company has found a subtenant for nearly 50,000 square feet of industrial space in Piscataway, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
Brokers with the firm represented All Seasons Foods Inc., the sublandlord at 8 Corporate Place, in the deal with Smart Pony Inc. The latter will take over 49,464 square feet within the 143,000-square-foot building, which is located on 8.4 acres near Interstate 287.
BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt and Eli Harari, a sales associate, completed the assignment for the Edison-based brokerage firm. Cushman & Wakefield represented Smart Pony.
In announcing the deal, BRC said 8 Corporate Place features 24-foot ceiling heights, wet sprinklers, 14 loading docks, one drive-in door and 300 parking spaces.
