A maker of fashion accessories has sold a Somerset County industrial building for nearly $5.7 million, under a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Emby Hosiery in its sale of 6 Shirley Ave., a 45,300-square-foot property in the Somerset section of Franklin. A buyer listed as CPF Somerset LLC paid roughly $5.66 million in the transaction.
BRC senior vice president Leo Esses and sales associate Ilan Tabbouche completed the assignment, while CBRE represented the buyer. The brokerage team touted the site’s proximity to Route 27, Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike, along with 20- to 26-foot clear ceiling heights, two tailboards and two drive-in doors, among other features.
