Bussel Realty Corp. has brokered the sale of a 13,000-square-foot industrial property in Linden.
Located 10 McKinley St., the building sold for $1.6 million, BRC said. The property features 18-foot-high ceilings, one tailboard, one drive-in door and heavy power.
Leo Esses, a BRC senior vice president, and Ilan Tabbouche, a sales associate with the firm, represented the seller, Unique Screening. The buyer, National Cellular, was represented in-house.
The brokerage team noted that 10 McKinley is located close to Route 1 and 9, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 278 leading to the Goethals Bridge.
