A pallet provider has leased a 42,000-square-foot industrial building in South Brunswick, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
Brokers with the firm represented the landlord, Budd Development Co., in the transaction with Greenway Products & Services. Located at 5 Wheeling Road in the township’s Dayton section, the property offers quick access to Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike and access to routes 1 and 130.
BRC Senior Vice President Stephen Nozza completed the assignment for the Edison-based firm, noting that he has represented all of Budd Development’s properties for more than 10 years. The Blau & Berg Co. represented Greenway Products.
Sitting on more than five acres, 5 Wheeling Road has 21-foot ceiling heights, seven tailboards, one drive-in door and two rail doors, BRC said. The site also has extra land for trailer parking or outside storage.
Nozza is now marketing a soon-to-be-renovated, freestanding facility at 332 Applegarth Road in Monroe.
“There is a shortage of these type of stand-alone industrial properties which can accommodate various uses that are not possible in multi-tenanted warehouses,” Nozza said.
