An outdoor lifestyle retailer has renewed its 25,000-square-foot lease at a Morris County shopping center, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
The tenant, Tractor Supply Co., occupies space in the Flanders section of Mount Olive under a lease with WASA Properties Sutton Plaza. BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented ownership in the deal at Sutton Plaza, a 137,835-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center at 293 Route 206.
In a news release, the brokers said Sutton Plaza is 95 percent leased to tenants such as Kessler Rehabilitation Centers, Weis Supermarkets, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Supercuts, McDonald’s and Dollar Tree.
