Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services has hired Mario Pereira as a sales associate with its Fair Lawn-based brokerage team, touting his more than 20 years of business experience.
The firm said Pereira has a long history with the retail industry, having worked with brands such as Target, CVS, Walgreens/Duane Reade, ShopRite and others. In his most recent role as a regional sales manager for a premium water brand, he handled sales and distribution for the Mid-Atlantic in both retail and on premises.
“Mario is looking forward to bringing all the skills and relationships that he has developed over the past 20 years and implement it into commercial real estate,” Zoltek wrote in its announcement Monday.
